On top of that, the prices they have the vehicles marked at can’t you find anywhere in the nation, they aren't marked 5-10k over msrp. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the dealership and Joe W to work with!

The lack of professionalism, respect, and customer service that I experienced today was astounding. We had previously been talking and dealing with Piper but unfortunately she was not our sales person. Instead we got passed around to Ezra? who left me highly unsatisfied. While I was trying to ask him a question about the car, he was on his phone texting or typing, so I had to get his attention twice. I asked him for a tape measure (to measure a car seat) and he said he didn’t have one, but I asked Piper and that was no problem. I asked if the vehicle had an option that was listed online and he said “I don’t think so.” Very short and blunt answers. Seems as if he was bothered that I was there. Upon discussing numbers and figures, he had a VERY sorry and smart attitude. We asked to speak to the sales manager and he said “if he’s busy he’s not coming” but for some reason, the sales manager came over no problem, and was very reasonable and polite. Even if we could or would have came to a reasonable agreement, I would not want to give my time nor money to someone who has the audacity to treat their customers with such lack of respect.

I had a terrific purchase experience today!! I usually hate car shopping because of the bad experiences I’ve had in the past but today was absolutely fantastic! Joe Whitaker was my sales consultant and he did such a good job just helping me when I needed it and not being pushy. Was honest with all questions I had and was very forward with the information u like a lot of my experiences. I am telling you that if you need to purchase a vehicle he is your guy! Joe Whitaker! Thanks again Joe! Oh yea and the rest of the team did a great job as well. From the time I got there and decided on the truck till the time I left with my new purchase was 1.5 hours at most! And a good portion of that time was waiting for my bank to approve the financing. So overall great experience! When I decide it’s time to trade this truck in or need a new vehicle I promise I’ll be going here!
